Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and WhatsApp. You can use this ID to track your shipment with our courier partner.

Refunds are not available on sale items or gift cards. Store credit is offered for returns of unused, undamaged items with tags.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items with tags. Exchanges are available only for the same product.

Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order ID and reason. We provide home pick-up for returns.

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and include images of the product issue. We will arrange a replacement.

A ₹150 fee is deducted from the final refund for all return orders.

Items are packed in cotton bags and shipped in paper-based waterproof envelopes for protection and sustainability.
